PAYMENT

We ship fabrics, additional materials, and sewing patterns after receiving full payment using the shipping method that is most convenient for you.

DELIVERY

You can place your order through your personal account. If you purchase a digital sewing pattern only (without printing services or physical materials), you will receive an email with the files for your selected pattern and size immediately after your full payment has been processed.

International Shipping

International orders are shipped via Ukrposhta or Nova Poshta after full payment for both the order and the shipping costs has been received. Shipping costs are calculated after the order is placed in accordance with Ukrposhta’s shipping rates.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Dear customers, please note that fabrics are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. By placing an order on our website, you acknowledge and accept this policy in accordance with Resolution No. 172 of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated 19.03.1994 (Appendix No. 3).

We accept returns of fabrics on a case-by-case basis only if they have manufacturing defects or other flaws that were not identified before the order was shipped. If you receive a defective item, please contact us immediately so that we can arrange either a replacement or a refund. Refunds are processed after you submit a signed return request together with all required supporting documents. The refund will be issued by the bank through the same payment method used for the original purchase.

We understand that choosing fabric online can be challenging. Due to differences in screen settings and color reproduction on various devices, the actual color of the fabric may vary slightly from what you see on your screen.

That’s why our team is always happy to provide additional photos and videos, as well as answer any questions about the fabric’s characteristics, advantages, and potential drawbacks, helping you choose the option that best suits your needs.
